I wanted to do something to Letter E's post where I used an eyeshadow as eyeliner. I found that Silk Teddy from the TooFaced Natural Eyes palette was perfect as a way to brighten up tired eyes. I just used a flat eyeliner brush to gently press it against my lashline.
