Sometimes I like to mix eyeshadows to create new colors. That's what I did for today. Using the BH Cosmetics Galaxy Chic Palette, I finally made Stormcloud. Just take a little bit of Neptune and mix it with Electra. Depending on how much of each eyeshadow you mix, the color will come out lighter or darker. I suggest using a lot of Electra and a little bit of Neptune. Since Neptune is a darker color, it'll be harder to lighten it to the right shade. Just make sure that you don't add too much Neptune or you might have to start lightening it up!
